- We offer customers the option of reverse pick up. (Note: If a specific pin-code or area is not eligible for reverse pick up, the customer will need to pay for a courier to return the dress to the specified address.) As soon as the product is received, the requested exchange will be shipped.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn and unused. Requests must be made within three days after delivery, and the item must be shipped within ten days.
- A piece cannot be returned or exchanged after it has been exchanged once.
- Changes in size are contingent upon the product’s availability; if the desired size isn’t available, you may return it for a refund.

- We provide the customer reverse pick-up service (please notice that if this service is not available for a specific pin-code or area, the customer will need to pay for the cost of couriering the dress back to the specified address).
- The merchandise must be unworn or unused, and the request must be made within three days of delivery.
- We will give you a store credit as soon as we receive the items back; we’ll add the product’s worth to your “The Savvy Shop.” When making your subsequent purchase from us, you can apply this credit amount when you get to the website’s cart or payment page.
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds.
- After the merchandise is returned, store credit will be given out within 24 hours.
